  • Photo viewer: the "⋮ More" menu items (go to message, copy, forward, etc.) are now readable on every theme — the text was barely visible before.
  • Photo editor: widened the side panels and enlarged the window so longer localized labels stop overflowing; fixed text/button contrast across all themes.

  • Buttons now have meaningful color-coding: blue — feature on, green — screen sharing, red — mic/camera off or recording in progress. The end-call button is visually separated from the rest.
  • The accept/decline call buttons and the recording indicator were updated to match.

  • In group chats, the "+" button next to topics now has a "New topic" tooltip — that's how sub-groups inside a group are created.

  • Critical: reverted to WebSocket-only transport. 0.17.6 added an HTTP long-polling fallback that cannot work behind an HAProxy (mode tcp) cluster and completely killed realtime — messages and reactions only appeared after leaving and re-opening the chat. Realtime is restored.
  • The real connection-failure reason is now logged to the console (F12) for diagnostics.

  • Presence ("online" / "last seen recently"): fixed the real reason it froze — the server now keeps refreshing your activity time the whole time you're connected, not only at the moment of connecting.

  • Connection: added a fallback transport (long-polling) so the link recovers even when a WebSocket upgrade fails.
